I’m the CEO of TechLens BD, a Bangladesh-based provider of CCTV cameras, NVRs, and security solutions for homes and businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bengaltech Solutions?

We needed to build a fast, user-friendly e-commerce website that clearly showcased our CCTV and security products, improved mobile browsing, and made it easier for customers to complete purchases.

Bengaltech Solutions designed and developed our e-commerce website, including the product catalog, product pages, mobile-friendly browsing, and a streamlined checkout experience for CCTV and security equipment. Their work included setting up the e-commerce checkout flow and connecting the website with the required payment processing and order management tools.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website improved product browsing and checkout on mobile, made the catalog easier to manage, and gave customers a faster, smoother purchasing experience. We saw faster page load times, smoother mobile browsing, and a simpler checkout process. Page load times felt noticeably faster — roughly 30%–40% faster than the previous site. Customers also said the mobile browsing and checkout process were easier to use.

Bengaltech Solutions managed the project well, communicated clearly, and delivered the website on time within the agreed-upon timeline. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
