Beginning life as Underground Communications in 2012, founder Karen Porter’s intention was to combine her skills in communication and stakeholder engagement with her passion for community support and development.
Founded on the values of community and higher purpose, our organisation has continued to underpin each project with these values, even when the brief started as a traditional promotional campaign.
Although purpose was mostly an unknown concept 2012 and for many years that followed, we have continued to persist in sharing the ideals and educating companies on the benefits of embedding these principals into their organisation.
In 2018 we certified as a B Corporation and joined a movement that not only completely aligned with our values, but was also beginning to capture the hearts and minds of more and more businesses.
