Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Beliv8 Motion Studio delivered exceptional project management despite a tight one-week deadline. They completed all five GIFs on time, which required significant effort and coordination on their end.

What impressed us most was their responsiveness to our feedback. They were willing to iterate multiple times throughout the week to ensure each video met our exact specifications. They didn't just deliver; they worked collaboratively with us to refine every detail until we were satisfied. This level of flexibility and commitment to getting it right, combined with the compressed timeline, demonstrated real dedication to the project's success.

Their ability to balance speed with quality, while remaining open to revisions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free on our end.

What was your primary form of communication with Beliv8 Motion Studios?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about Beliv8 Motion Studio was their combination of speed, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to getting the job done right. They didn't just meet our tight one-week deadline, they exceeded expectations by being incredibly easy to work with throughout the process. They were quick to respond to feedback, flexible with iterations, and clearly invested in our success. There's no sense that they were rushing through the work; instead, they brought a professional, collaborative approach that made the entire engagement feel seamless. For a small studio, their ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure while maintaining excellent communication is genuinely impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Beliv8 Motion Studios could have done differently?

While we were very pleased with the project overall, there's one area where Beliv8 could have added even more value: we would have appreciated more creative input and strategic thinking from their team. Throughout the project, we drove most of the creative direction and concepts, and while they executed brilliantly on our ideas, it would have been beneficial if they had also offered suggestions or posed questions about our product offering. Fresh perspectives from someone examining our app with outside eyes could have surfaced alternative visual approaches we might not have considered. In essence, we'd love to see them move beyond pure execution and offer a bit more strategic partnership in future projects.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the co-founder of Codezilla Technology & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. We provide AI, data engineering, custom software, web and mobile app development, and UI/UX design services to help startups and enterprises streamline operations and accelerate growth. We also offer remote developer staffing and digital transformation solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Beliv8 Motion Studios?

We had a product that was much easier to understand when you could see the concept in action rather than read a long description of it. We needed a simple visual story of what the product does, the problem it solves, how a customer would use it, and why it's useful. We needed the videos primarily for the product launch, website, sales conversations, and outreach so that someone seeing the product for the first time could understand the value quickly.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beliv8 Motion Studios handled the full video production process, from concept development through to the final videos. Their team worked on the scripting, storyboard, visual direction, animation, voiceover, editing, and final delivery. We mainly provided the product information, branding, key features, target audience, and feedback during the review rounds.Beliv8 Motion Studios' work included understanding the product, the target audience, and how we wanted to position the product; developing the video concept and overall story; scriptwriting and refining the core messaging; creating the storyboard and visual direction; designing and producing the animations; managing voiceover and final video production; incorporating our feedback through review rounds; and delivering two main assets: an explainer video and a product launch video. They also prepared the final videos for use on our website, sales presentations, outreach, and marketing campaigns.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Beliv8 Motion Studios.

How did you come to work with Beliv8 Motion Studios?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they had strong experience with motion and explainer videos.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2026-August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received two launch-ready videos for the product: an explainer and a product launch video. Beliv8 Motion Studios helped us communicate the product and its value much more clearly. Our main success measure was clarity, quality, and launch readiness rather than views or conversion metrics. One thing that stood out was that people who had never seen the product before could understand what it was about after watching the video. Our team also felt the final videos represented the product really well without making the messaging feel too complicated or technical. We didn't track the videos' performance formally, but we noticed that the videos made it much easier to introduce the product in sales conversations and outreach because people could understand it much faster. It helped beyond just the launch. Internally, it gave our team a much clearer and more consistent way to present the product, especially in sales calls and demos.

How did Beliv8 Motion Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Beliv8 Motion Studios' project management was smooth and easy to work with. They kept us updated at each stage, shared drafts for feedback, and were quick to make changes when needed. The videos were delivered on time, and there were no major delays from their side.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how quickly they understood the product and the story we were trying to tell. We didn't have to spend a lot of time explaining every small detail. They took our inputs, added their own creative thinking, and turned it into something that felt very close to how we wanted the product to be presented. The communication was also very easy throughout the project, which made the whole process feel quite collaborative rather than transactional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing significant comes to mind. The overall process was smooth. If anything, continuing to bring even more of their own creative ideas and suggestions early in the process would make an already good collaboration even stronger.
