The team delivered legacy API modernization from ASP.NET MVC to Java Spring Boot on schedule, alongside a redesigned and optimized database, without disrupting business-critical banking operations. Items were consistently delivered on time, even as scope spanned architecture, security, and compliance workstreams in parallel.
They were highly responsive to evolving needs, particularly around the complexity of securing compliance and jurisdictional approvals across 68 markets — coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and other technology partners to keep the multi-vendor transformation program on track. What stood out most was their ability to navigate significant complexity without sacrificing speed, quality, or control. Transforming a legacy ASP.NET MVC banking platform into a modern Java Spring Boot solution on Google Cloud Platform was a major technical challenge in itself.
However, delivering that transformation while securing security and compliance approvals across 68 jurisdictions within a multi-vendor programme is where many organisations struggle. They did not. Delivery milestones were consistently met, stakeholder and partner coordination remained highly effective, and critical database and API modernisation activities progressed in lockstep with regulatory requirements rather than lagging behind them.
The real differentiator was the combination of deep technical expertise and disciplined programme management, enabling successful delivery at a truly global, multi-market regulatory scale.

In addition, introducing more formalised documentation standards and knowledge transfer checkpoints between vendors may have further strengthened continuity and maintainability as the modernised platform transitioned into ongoing support.
