 We initially hired them for help with SEO.  Our website was not ranking well, and sales were low.  During the first few years, they help optimize the site, link building to other complimentary sites, social media content creation and scheduling, some ad word work on Google, blog topic creation, competitor analyses, suggestions and delivering site updates, GMB optimization, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes that we look at are the number of booking and revenue we've collected throughout the years.  Since the start of the project, the amount we were paying for Power's services was not going to allow us to cover 6 months of payment and expenses, and after they started, sales started to climb.

They exceed all expectations on our project deliverables, and even go further to make adjustments to our plan and scope of work when things get stagnant.

The most impressive quality about Power is their attention to detail and their customer service.  We've had only a few team members work on our projects, and each one showed a true passion for their work and their company.

We began with an audit and a phone call prior to signing the contract. The team came back with honest feedback and a roadmap during our second call which we discussed in detail and then decided to proceed. Upon signing the contract we set up an online messaging system and proceeded with the implementation of the plan. We had a couple of calls thereafter to review results, but mostly we would chat over the messaging app, which I found very convenient.

The account's final RoAs was within the expectation they set during the audit and introductory calls.
