I’m the executive director of the Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music, an annual event in Santa Cruz, California, dedicated to premiering and performing new orchestral works, featuring renowned composers, musicians, and educational programs.

We needed help transitioning from an antiquated FileMaker CRM system to a new SaaS.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beezwax Datatools, Inc. has helped us assess our current FileMaker system and backend and explore and research options for moving forward aligned with our company budget parameters and organizational needs. The team has also helped us clean up existing data and fields, improving data integrity and organization. Beezwax Datatools, Inc. has built a tool to help us bridge between our existing CRM and our next CRM.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Beezwax Datatools, Inc.'s success is the import to our new CRM, which is still in progress. The tool has been built, and our staff is using it and collaborating with Beezwax Datatools, Inc. to continue cleaning up data, and prepare the right outputs for the new CRMs inputs.

How did Beezwax Datatools, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Beezwax Datatools, Inc. has stayed on top of the timeline we discussed and within the budget we discussed. Our primary forms of communication are virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

The team is easy to work with and feels like they're helping us with our stated goals and are focused on that.
