Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a co-founder and Director of the consulting firm Service Freedom, based in Singapore. We help overseas companies enter Singapore and Asian markets.

We are a new business, so we needed to create a basic identity for the brand to reflect our expertise, and help us look professional on the market.

I worked with Beavers Brothers during my corporate years, so we had a track record of successful projects in the past. They are professionals and approach any project with attention to detail and creativity, no matter the budget.

we're just starting out, so we needed to have the primary branding elements: a logo, business cards, social media branding, emails As I mentioned, no matter the scope of work, the company approaches your project with the same attitude and attention. We had a detailed briefing session so the agency could understand our positioning, USP, and overall strategy. after that, they created a number of variants for our logo which was quite hard to choose from, as I personally liked all of them. After that, they created the variants for our branding based on our choice.

for this project, I worked directly with Alexander, the creative director of the agency.

Thanks to the project, our new company looks professional and shows that we're here for a long.

We had scheduled calls and also a chat for quick discussions. The agency communicated all the next steps and timelines and they always delivered what they promised. they helped us make decisions when we hesitated, applying all their knowledge of the industry, guiding us, and not being pushy at the same time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Though our project was small, they approached it as if we were a big client, which helped us feel unique and valued. They tried to understand the market we work in, checked our competitors, and did all the necessary research which was impressive. I'm sure, whatever the task, the guys can deliver the results you want, and even more, their creativity is unparalleled

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although one can argue that there is also room for improvement in any project, I can't think of any area at the moment.
