Bdtask developed a custom eCommerce website for 3D Views, along with a mobile application, enabling us to easily showcase our 3D wallpaper and epoxy flooring products online. The platform includes a smooth product browsing experience, integrated billing system, and user-friendly management tools, allowing us to handle orders and transactions efficiently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Previously, We used to receive many customer calls but couldn’t respond to everyone. After Bdtask developed our website and billing system, customers can now easily place orders online, saving me from the hassle of constant phone calls. Managing accounts has become much easier and our customers are extremely happy with the improved service.

We shared our requirements with them, and after a meeting, they provided us with a timeline. Within that time, they delivered our website and billing system and explained how everything works. There were a few minor issues, but they stayed in touch and resolved them quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very friendly  and experienced in software development because they understood my requirements clearly from the start. After completing the project, when I requested some minor updates, they did them without charging me. Even now, whenever I face any issues, their support team responds promptly and resolves them quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bdtask Limited could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Bdtask Limited’s work. Like any project, there were small areas where communication could have been a bit quicker but they were always responsive and ensured everything was resolved promptly.
