I’m a business consultant for two companies; one focuses on BPO, and the other is a technology company.

What challenge were you trying to address with BCCI Consulting?
I needed help with mass hiring initiatives for the companies I consult for. Our resources would leave after two or three months after we invested resources into training them. Due to the ongoing retention challenges, I needed to onboard a significant influx of employees, so I engaged BCCI Consulting.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
BCCI Consulting identified candidates for the companies I partner with. Their main objective was to find remote resources proficient in English.
I contacted BCCI Consulting and told them I needed 100 employees with software development experience to support a migration project for the BPO company’s processing system. I also needed them to find three backend programmers to support the technology company.
How did you come to work with BCCI Consulting?
I found BCCI Consulting through a referral from a friend.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about 5.5 million Pakistani rupees (approximately $21,000 USD) in the partnership.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July–September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
BCCI Consulting identified top-notch resources. While they were good at finding the right candidates, they sometimes strayed from the requirements and could have provided more quality for the price.
How did BCCI Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?
BCCI Consulting took care of us and tailored everything to meet our needs. Their specialized team was available whenever we needed them, even outside their regular working hours.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was most impressed by how professional, punctual, and technically skilled they were. The BCCI Consulting team really knew what they were doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
BCCI Consulting could’ve improved their compensation management practices; we were paying too much for resources with average skill sets. Additionally, they could have monitored the productivity and performance of their resources post-onboarding.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t tell them you need mass hiring services because they will feel overwhelmed. Split the job responsibilities into multiple requirements, and start by asking for them for 10 employees and ramping up from there. That way, BCCI Consulting will create a more specialized team. I also recommend asking them for compensation management services and having them monitor their resources’ productivity.

They provided a Talent Specialist. As part of the process, they asked clarifying questions about the role I was looking to fill. They offered a few profiles of potential candidates, which I interviewed. We selected one person from their first batch of candidates, but they didn’t accept the offer. We hired someone from the second batch of candidates.

The candidate met all of my qualifications, as per my request. I’ve been in HR for the past eight years and I worked with many other service providers. I honestly found BCCI to be professional and humble. They were there to support us and fulfill our needs. The team worked really well.
