We were facing problems handling the leads we got for our services and needed a service provider to integrate a CRM system to manage information and sync them to our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are looking for a CRM development expert and consultant to work on our vision. I came across them through a client, checked their work experience, portfolios, and rating, and then reached out to them to discuss our idea. They were very responsive and communicated everything in detail.

We first discussed our idea with their analytics team, who understood our concept and prepared a plan for the project. They appointed a project manager who handled the task and communicated with us during all stages of development. They implemented the Pipedrive CRM system to manage the accounts and used Outreach.io to automate and assist the entire sales process, making the project more streamlined and efficient.

We had a project manager who communicated and handled the task and introduced us to the team of developers who worked on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered a CRM platform to manage users and network data through our system. They provided a user-friendly platform that any person can operate. The project generated more leads and better system management, making progress and tracking easy to record and saving time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their work and management style was very efficient and followed a rigorous process to make things go smoothly. They used tracking tools so we could keep tabs on the project status and provided timely updates about the project's progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The development team was very responsive and worked closely with our staff. They kept me in the loop on the project's progress, which helped us track everything. And most importantly, they delivered within the timeframe given.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall experience is good. We don’t have any major disputes.

I am the co-owner of Appliance appliance repair company. I am responsible for marketing and expanding the business.

We were looking for a company to help us improve our searchability on Google and other platforms. We needed a better direction on our website so we could rank high on the first page of the internet, increasing organic traffic & potential leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted several SEO firms and found BBDM to be the most organized and approachable. They provided us with a reasonable deal and an optimized system that could work for our company.

Our previous website contained generic content, which wasn't optimal. BBDM was able to provide SEO services and created a plan to get our website to drive more traffic and, in turn, increase our leads. We tracked the service calls we received throughout the project timeline and saw that the plan was working.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

2 SEO experts worked on the website and had one of their operations managers handle the account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a drastic increase in service calls that came from our website. We are also ranking very well on Google, keeping a leading position in several keywords for our business. The project greatly impacted our revenue; we've gotten several new customers each month.

We have bi-weekly meetings where they go through the results and give an update on the project. The meetings were always productive, and the deliverables were consistent. Their team was such a pleasure to work with.

They were very meticulous in their work and delivered what they promised. We can count on them to produce our requests with great attention to detail.

None. There is nothing that I’m aware of that could have been done differently.
