Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We have utilized Bay Geeks service for over a decade and rely on their expertise to keep our computer systems working. They are very reliable and hands-on whenever an event occurs that requires any software system resolution. They also run an exceptional security system on our overall computing system that keeps us safe!

Alden has built three different backup systems that run an average of 5 years each. The system is better than a server and fully provides the computing needs of our 5 different users. He has always been there when I needed him and even when I didn't know I needed him. The security system pings him whenever something is not right in our system and he notifies us about steps he has either taken or steps we need to take next. It is very efficient and complete.
