What challenge were you trying to address with Baw Digital?

We needed help with marketing in East Africa. We wanted to offer application improvement solutions to companies in Nairobi.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baw Digital provided marketing and paid search services. They assisted with social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing.

What is the team composition?

I worked with four members of their team, including their brand executive and brand strategist.

How did you come to work with Baw Digital?

We found them while looking for a vendor in East Africa. They were a referral from one of our colleagues in Africa. We specifically wanted a local firm to partner with to get the contract done.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April 2019 - January 2020.

They delivered the necessary results for us. We always get good feedback.

Project management was good. We used email and direct calls to communicate.

They’re very client-centered and they highly value their clients. We aren’t in Africa like they are so we get the analytics from them. Their service was extraordinary.

They have a younger team. There’s always room to grow.
