There have been dozens of projects, including CRM and SEO, over the past 10 years of using them. We had a complete, successful and on-time renovation of our website; we have also used Bauer/Digital for SEO support and consulting, resulting in maintaining an excellent placement of our webpages on Google. Bauer/Digital also helps us with maintaining our Google Ads and other online accounts to optimize our ad spend, and is very detailed in reporting on how we are doing and where we can improve.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

bauer/Digital is consistent with reporting on all the projects that we have worked on with them. When we first started working with them, our web site was several hundred pages down for the keywords we wanted to rank on. After a year we were on the first page. For the years afterwards, we have worked with them to maintain our position successfully.

Bauer/Digital walks through the project management steps of mapping out the needs and requirements, then lays out the steps and milestones and approximate time required to meet the goals. They have been consistently successful in delivering on time. 

As a firm that has used different vendors, we have an appreciation of how rare it is for vendors to be on time, or to report on a steady or consistent basis, or to work cooperatively with other vendors on behalf of the client. We are extremely happy with the service and responsiveness of bauer/Digital over the last 12 years.
