I'm the business development manager at AskERP, an IT company that gives teams direct access to ERP data using plain English. We work with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, and any SQL-accessible ERP.

What challenge were you trying to address with BASG Corp?

BASG Corp showed a good track record on software and data deployments and integrations with large-scale ERP platforms. Our product at AskERP relies extensively on mature data infrastructure and sysops expertise, all things that BASG Corp has a great deal of knowledge in.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BASG Corp has worked with us to design, develop, implement, and manage our full backend stack and corporate web presence. The team has designed and built specific software modules, integrations, set up servers, cloud layers, and databases. BASG Corp also handles ongoing maintenance and training.

We work with 6-10 teammates from BASG Corp.

BASG Corp was referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with BASG Corp in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our platform is up and running smoothly. We are growing at the rates we predicted, mainly due to the design and implementation of our infrastructure. We have had 99% uptime since the hard launch. Systems have performed as expected with no major setbacks or downtime. Our growth has exceeded our expectations for Q2 2026 so far, and we hope to meet our Q3 2026 targets.

How did BASG Corp perform from a project management standpoint?

BASG Corp works hand in hand with our development and research teams and delivers ahead of time. Their management is top-notch, and we're very satisfied. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BASG Corp's level of expertise, especially in cutting-edge technologies like AI, and their dedication to excellence are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
