For what projects/services did your company hire Barcelona Branding Lab, and what were your goals?

We needed to create a new brand. Subsequently, we need to convey the values that differentiate us from the competition and communicate our value proposition.

How did you select this vendor?

I found it online. They gave me a lot of professionalism, quality in their projects and very good customer service.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

They began with a research phase in which they made us participate through creative workshops. Subsequently, they were in charge of making the proposal of the brand identity, both visual and verbal. Later, they transferred with branding the values of our company through all the touchpoints that we have with our clients.

Currently, we continue to work with Barcelona Branding Lab. They control and evaluate the impact of our brand and continue to build our brand through the communication strategy, social network management, updating web content, and with all the elements we need.

4 people from the team work with us. The creative director, the strategic planner, the copy and the community manager.
