For what projects/services did your company hire Bang Digital, and what were your goals?

We've worked with Bang for years across a range of digital services, predominantly centered around Google ads and Social media. We have also had customer experience and mapping completed on a project basis through their customer experience team

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The main driver for my decision was through word of mouth reviews and what I had heard from other people. Bang has been around since 2007 so it was important that I partner with a business with experience

We have ongoing retainers for Google ads, SEO, Paid social media, organic social media and email marketing. At other periods we have had used Bang for web development, customer experience and marketing automation at a project level.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with an account manager, search strategist, search technician, social strategist, social technician and their head of web.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've seen continued year-on-year growth since partnering with Bang, averaging 35% YoY.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Incredibly effective, their team is highly collaborative, unlike the other agencies I've used in the past. It feels as though they're fully integrated with my company

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How well they work and get to know my business. I don't feel like just another customer when working with Bang.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was skeptical when engaging with Bang because digital marketing agencies can be snake oil salesmen at times. When I first started working with them they recommended a complete change of direction compared to other agencies. I thought I was being taken for a ride again and feel like they could have done more to explain the strategy however once I saw the results I knew that they knew what they were doing.
