BandaPixels handled the entire technical side of the project: from initial architecture planning to deployment. They created a design, developed a fully fucntional multi-tenant application, and set up and deployed the application to AWS.

2. Deployment & Support: The final stage involved seamless deployment of the platform to its designated hosting environment. BandaPixels provided thorough documentation and ongoing support to address any post-launch questions or adjustments.

It was a full-cycle project that included initiation, planning, designing, and development. In the beginning, we had about three calls with the PM to discuss my ideas, and she prepared the documentation based on that. Then they started wireframing. In that phase, they implemented all the logic, user-flows, etc. Then UI design started along with the back-end development. After approving the UI they started front-end.

The application and Admin Panel were delivered on time, and the quality of their work was very good.

I communicated with the project manager via Whatsapp and email, who was always very responsive. We had weekly demos to check on the progress. The project manager was in constant contact so I was always aware of the progress as well any hiccups which needed to be addressed asap.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the team, though very young have very good expertise. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Everything was great, but I’d especially like to highlight their ability to adapt and solve problems, especially at short notices.

In my experience with the project, I did notice one area that could have been improved: mobile responsiveness. It became apparent to me relatively late in the development process that this aspect had not been given the attention it deserved. However, I must commend the company for their swift and effective response once this issue was identified.

Despite the initial oversight, they managed to address the mobile responsiveness problem in a remarkably short period of time. Their dedication and ability to rectify the situation promptly demonstrated their commitment to delivering a high-quality product.
