Balandin Agency is a performance marketing agency founded by Egor Balandin in 2022. We run paid advertising in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, grow Telegram channels, and build the landing pages, ad creatives and end-to-end tracking around it.
We measure every campaign against money: tracking goes down to the sale, and we report revenue and ROMI rather than the ad account's own metrics. The team that runs the ads also builds the landing pages and produces the creatives — UGC with real creators and AI-generated static and video variations.
Industries we have case studies in: online education, e-commerce and DTC, real estate, SaaS, local and home services, restaurants, consulting, travel, film releases, recruitment, and Telegram channel growth.
Selected results (each is a published case study on our site):
- $107,460 in revenue at 618% ROMI for a granite countertop store in the US
- Kitchen cabinets, Huntsville (US): 196 leads, 27 clients, $148,230 revenue, 1173% ROMI
- $450,000 revenue at 181% ROMI for a Home & Garden DTC brand
- 98,000 Telegram subscribers and $2,025,240 earned in 2 years at 569% ROMI
- Career consulting for IT professionals abroad: 16,391 leads, $371,285 revenue, 197% ROMI
Who we fit: a legal business with proven product-market fit, an ad budget from $3,000 per month, and readiness to raise budgets once the ads pay back. Pricing: a fixed fee plus a percentage of ad spend. We work in English and Russian.
