Azimut is a corporate training and leadership development company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Since 2008 we have delivered 600+ programs to more than 20,000 participants, with an average trainer score of 9.27/10.
We work with the engineering, IT and shared-services organisations that run teams in Romania and Central Europe: Bosch, Continental, E.ON, Endava, Nagarro, Accesa, Yonder, Mazars, Iron Mountain, Betfair, Banca Transilvania, ZF and VELUX among them. We deliver in English, Romanian and Hungarian, onsite or live online.
Most training fails for the same reason: it is an event. People leave inspired, nothing around them changes, and six weeks later the behaviour is back. We build capability instead. Every programme is designed backwards from the behaviour that has to change, with the manager involved, practice between sessions, and reinforcement built in.
Our work is organised around Capability OS, our framework covering the four domains that decide whether a team performs: Clarity (people know what matters and why), Accountability (commitments hold without chasing), Dialogue (hard conversations happen early), and Learning (the organisation gets better at getting better). We diagnose which one is broken before we propose anything.
