Axtero is an Apple Technical Partner based in Basel, Switzerland. We help businesses configure, migrate and operate their Apple and IT environments. Founder Chris Leduc brings over 10 years of Apple experience, including six years at Apple.
Our services include MDM implementation and migration with Jamf, Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE. We configure Apple Business Manager and automated device enrolment, assess existing environments and provide documentation and training for internal IT teams.
Axtero Managed IT provides ongoing operations and support. We also work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, IT security and 1Password, and develop business applications.
We serve clients remotely and through planned on-site engagements in Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom. International work is available by arrangement. We work in English, German and French.
Project scope and responsibilities are agreed before implementation. Recurring services and support are defined to match the client’s requirements.
