I work primarily with one of the principals. From a project delivery perspective, he keeps an eye on everything that goes on in the background. We typically worked with team leads and engaged directly with various teammates.

The only thing our customers notice is the time zone difference. For most of our commitments, they were flexible to match our time zones. This insignificant question sometimes arises as a question, and we try to respect it from both sides.

I needed to create a website with an automatic client appointment system for masters of a beauty studio. The main priority for me was the comfort of customers and my employees.

What were your goals for this project?

Our existing site is WordPress. It is a bit out of date, but we felt that we had no choice but to do this project in WordPress. Axisbits immediately determined that we had to work around WordPress. They felt that creating their own website would be the best solution. They came up with a system that worked best for the campaign and was not too complicated for our site.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

In the short term, their campaign execution was great. The long-term effect is that it shows our internal stakeholders that we are able to make a high-quality experience that is not related to the outdated structure of the website. This was achieved thanks to the efforts undertaken by Axisbits. I have not heard a single negative about the site. It looks really beautiful and provides a pleasant experience for users.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The Axisbits team was great. They are smart and good at coming up with creative solutions. Then they solved the problem before we had a reason to offer to fix it. We need a system that we can use domestically without their help. This is a real turning point for us.

They are more of a solution development company than a development company. They are trying to create technologies that solve problems. I think it is really great.
