Frontline Management Services is a labor relations consulting firm that provides information about labor relations to clients, most of whom are in the forestry sector. We also provide consulting services for local governments.

What challenge were you trying to address with AivaTek Inc?

Our lead principal decided to develop an app that could break down complex labor relations into digestible, bulleted information. We hired AivaTek to develop this tool.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AivaTek developed an iOS and Android app that has functionalities for reporting incidents and grievances. I came into the project mid-stream, so my role was to help the team with the content. We collaborated to eliminate any bugs and typos in the content and made sure that the design was streamlined and consistent. 

We’re currently in the beta-testing phase. Since the app is meant to be a paid or subscription-based app, we are also working on how to integrate in-app payment functionalities. Our target users are employers who need help in dealing with unionized employees. There’s also a possibility that this app will be shared with unions as well. 

What is the team composition?

Overall, I’ve worked with about 6–7 people, including Faisal (Software Architect). 

How did you come to work with AivaTek Inc?

We found them through Upwork. The owner of the company decided that they were the best fit considering the budget that she had and AivaTek’s customer rating.

How much have you invested with them?

The project costs around $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started collaborating with them in February 2021, and I came on board around June 2021. The work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My boss and I both have day jobs, and the project would’ve been completed much earlier if I could devote 100% of my time to it, but AivaTek has been very understanding. They’re still able to pick up where we left off even though they’re working on multiple projects and even though it’s been a month since we last communicated. I appreciate that. 

How did AivaTek Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been exceptional. Their level of productivity and responsiveness was beyond what we expected. I’m oftentimes surprised at how quickly they’re able to make fairly complex changes to the app. 

They initially gave us access to a website where we could post screenshots, but I preferred working with something more familiar, and they’ve adapted to it very openly. We now communicate through email and WhatsApp. I, in particular, use PDFs to illustrate diagrams of what we want to be changed in the application, and they’ve been very responsive and accurate with executing our requests. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are three main things that AivaTek has brought to the table: incredible responsiveness, reliability, and very good customer service orientation. Throughout the project, I’ve never doubted that they would get what I wanted done in a very quick and impressive turnaround time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Other than our time zone differences, there’s nothing I’d have them change.

I have been working with Logistibid as a Project Manager (Remote). BidRide is one of the rising ridesharing app in the Milwaukee region of US, owned by Logistibid.

They had a series of transport and logistic businesses. However, they wanted to introduce a new concept to their carpool. And they challenged the surge price with the clean concept of bidding on fare before taking a ride.

For what projects/services did your company hire AivaTek Inc?

We hired Aivatek to help with two dashboards and Mobile apps for IOS and Android devices.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted both the dashboards and applications to be launch by the end of 2018.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online and someone recommended us Upwork we found AivaTek at upwork.com and requested them to review the specs and create a proposal, Which we liked and immediately started the project.

Before starting the project we had several meetings with the Team and even before we started the contract we had pretty good idea of the technologies and architecture of the project.

Once project started we did serverkl meetings with the design team and we got mockups on InVision App in less than 10 working days and we were always part of the process and we had access to tools like Jira, Confluence, Invision app and Google Docs. From there they started the development and we had complete visibility of each task with bi weekly meetings and different project management tools.

What was the team composition?

They started with a Project Manager/Scrum Master and 2 designers. and In parallel we were also talking to a 2 senior software architects who later lead the development efforts on mobile apps and API side. Later they were joined by 2 Android App developers and 2 IOS app developers and 2 QAs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By August end we were able to launch the project and by early January we had phase 2 of the dashboards completed as well. They also offered 300 hours of maintenance to help with issues/bugs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I liked the process they sued we had bi-weekly meetings and we were part of scrum meetings sometimes. We also were part of serverl email threads, Jira, Confluence, Invision App and Slack/Skype to reach any team member at any time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The process and visibility impressed us. They were working in a different timezone but they agreed to overlap 4 hours daily with us but the project managers and Director of Engineering were always available to reply to our queries in no time. They actually worked as an in house team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think we loved working with them, over all the product quality was great. Sometimes change in requirement is ok to adopt as long as it does not effect time line but we agreed to Faisal's suggestions to add those changes in phase 2.

After my initial meeting with AivaTek I knew they would be able to help me and would work to find a solution. They were also great to talk to and very responsive to every inquiry I had. Overall an amazing company to work with.

The project was done successfully and incredibly fast. We even met on weekends and communication was always fast and helpful.

We started with sharing some insights of our business with them and then shared all the access they wanted to have. Their team helped to find keywords relevant to our business and then optimized the website content including product descriptions.

After optimizing the existing content they started publishing new content for our business. Aivatek Inc has amazing team to build backlinks from high PR domains through guest posting, outreach, and collaboration. Meanwhile they were sharing weekly and monthly reports along with suggestions to improve further. In this way they delivered great results as committed.

Aivatek Inc assigned a project manager along with two marketing leads for our project. We can reach out to them anytime via email, phone and google meet.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

By getting their services for SEO we've got first position on the Google's first page. More than 50 keywords are ranked in top 3 positions and around 100 keywords are ranking in top 5 positions on Google. These results are helping us to generate more and more sales. They also drived handsome amount of revenue from paid ads. The acquisition cost was minimal but our overall revenue was increased.

They are very professional when it comes to management and results. They used to send weekly and monthly reports from all aspects. After every month we use to setup a meeting to discuss the report and new initiatives to further leverage the sales. Usually we did meetings on google meet and skype. They are very responsible.

Their responsiveness and result-oriented strategies were amazing. They have the skills of marketing, management and sound knowledge of ghe market. They helped us to grow our business. I really appreciate their team who worked in the right direction to bring results as we wanted.

We were working on the idea of an app which is related to weather forcast along with social features. We hire Aivatek.com and our main goal was to make a design user friendly and business oriented. These guys provided us with great design and delivered before time with proper guide and instructions. Everything was in the app that we required. This app is surely meeting our users requirements.

We have found on the internet about AivaTek Inc, that they are having expertise in design and development of mobile apps with great portfolio. We conducted several meetings with them just to find out if they can provide top notch services. And yes they did.

We had multiple meetings to discuss the requirements and end goals. We provided the initial details to Aivatek and they delivered the first deliverable within the two weeks. After getting first delivery we have submitted some feedback and they incorporated it. everytime we ask and suggest something for the ongoing project they incorporated it and at the end they delivered what we wanted.

We have got two tech leads along with a project manager from AivaTek Inc, to work on our product. Mainly we dealed with project manager and tech lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have got the app and published on play/app store and within the first month we start getting amazing results interms of downloads and 5 star ratings. We found the users are writing feedback about the design functionality and easy to use.

We did communications via Google meet, email, and yes sometimes phone calls. The main requirements and documents we used to share on their emails and the project manager was really supportive whenever we asked for the meeting he was there for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have great skills of mobile app development along with project management and they are up to date with the new technologies and stuff like that. I must say Professionalism at AivaTek Inc, is 120%. They know whats going on in the market and what will help more interms of generating revnue for their clients. They also have a team of marketing who suggest and recommend some good strategies to work on for the success of the project. Everything they did was up to the mark. I couldn't find anything where I can suggest for improvements.
