This included a technical SEO audit and fixes (site speed, indexation, crawl errors, schema markup), keyword research and mapping to commercial-intent clusters, and on-page optimisation of key service and landing pages (titles, metas, headings, internal linking). Work also covered content strategy and creation targeting high-value, low-competition keywords, plus ongoing rank tracking, reporting, and iteration based on Search Console and analytics data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Organic traffic up 118% in 6 months. 14 target keywords reached page 1, with 5 in the top 3. Organic leads increased 63%, and the main service page moved from position 27 to 4. Overall keyword visibility grew 90%, reducing dependence on paid ads.
