I employed them for a professional webstie for my startup. unfortunately, this turned into an absolute nightmare. Literally the WORST agency one can possibly hire. I'm convinced the 40 people that gave them a 4.9 rating are paid actors. 

They we're supposed to come up with a design in two weeks. Its been over a month with no results. I'm a CEO of a tech startup with no design skills but I ended up spending more time educating them on color schemes then shipping my product. Unfortuantely this story doesn't end well. I ended finding them breaching the contract and illegally posting across their two companeis my deisign with my customers on it without any approval. We are a stealth startup and they a ss F* me. STAY away from these scammer they will take you money and take weeks to respond to customers. Disgusting.

I came out with no publishable website, a big headache, and less money.

USELESS. I ended up spending a couple hours a day doing the coordination myself. as they shield the designers away from Slack. You're left with a "Project Manager" who doesn't properly communicate between the client and the so called designers.

Literally nothing. I had a terrible experience. I'm convinced some of them aren't even designers. Zero attention to detail. So disappointed with them. I wasted over a month. Don't get fooled by the positive stars like i did......

Not illegally publishing their clients' work without consent.

Awsmd has redesigned our website’s UI/UX and developed it. We’ve provided the team with our brand guidelines, including our logo and color palette. Additionally, we’ve given them animations they could use in the design. Awsmd has used Figma for design. Initially, we planned to build the site using React, but Awsmd suggested Next.js because it’s more SEO-friendly, and we agreed. 

Currently, Awsmd provides us with hosting services. Next, they’ll create additional pages for the website.

Awsmd has succeeded in every task we’ve given them. The new website’s design is awesome. Our top management is very happy with the website because it reflects our identity and how we communicate and think.

How did Awsmd perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very smooth. We use Jira for project management, enabling us to set deadlines, control them, and see what Awsmd is working on. The team has completed every phase of the project on time.

I want to highlight the UI designer, who is really creative — I like her work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

My biggest concern is the outcome, and I’m really happy with the website Awsmd created.

I haven’t noticed any areas of improvement.

I recommend letting Awsmd be creative. The team asks for references of websites that you like, so it’s helpful to provide them with as many references as possible to let Awsmd know what you want and like. This way, the team can tailor their work to your tastes.

We wanted to revamp our website and give a new and refreshed design. It wasn’t user-friendly, too, so we needed it to be more stylish. As a result, we needed an agency to provide us with web design services, and that was why we hired Awsmd.

Our teams initially explored the design and functionality of our old website. From there, Awsmd created UI/UX designs and built them from scratch. We didn’t provide specific brand guidelines. However, after a few discussions, we agreed on one concept and worked on refining it. We had multiple feedback sessions and conversations with them. We focused on developing new features on the website and redesigning it to make it more user-friendly. 

In terms of tools, they used Figma for designs and Webflow for development. For specific requests, we needed the website to have our company’s colors. At the same time, we wanted it to have a dark theme just to make it look fresh and stylish. It should also have a work page, an about page, and a let’s talk page. There was a page where users could send queries and order illustrations.

We started with a discovery call where we explained what we were looking for and our target audience. We also supplied them with photography and imagery. Awsmd advised us on design styles and the concepts they had in mind for the project. 

We moved on to conceptualization and design, and they showed us 3–4 different concepts. Figma was used for the design, Adobe After Effects for the animations, and Webflow for the development. Awsmd developed the site so we can make changes to the CMS without a developer, and the main functionality is a contact feature.
