For what projects/services did your company hire Awesome Resources Ltd?

We were under heavy attack online as both individuals and a company, the whole board really, with story after story coming out online and interrupting our deal flow and ability to function.

What were your goals for this project?

Identify the source, respond online, neutralise them and get our reputation completely cleaned up and back on track so we could do business again. do it fast and do it completely legally so that there could not come back down the road but permanently so we did keep have to get it fixed.

How did you select this vendor?

We got proposals from a bunch of digital reputation management companies, tried one and they were worse than useless and incredibly expensive then a former client of AR said talk to them and we did.

They produced a series of original, well researched and relevant articles that reflected our work, our values and our knowledge base. As fast as the negative stuff came out their stuff matched it. Then they found the source and negotiated an agreement with them. Amazing.

What was the team composition?

24-7 response from the top people, they never let us down for a moment and ended up doing far more for us than the contract demanded

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Deal flow back up, political problems have gone away and we are growing again rapidly. We all look really good online as well.
