Avisi was founded in 2000 by college friends Barri, Jan and Gert-Jan. At their then employer, they lacked the real attention for people, professional content and the delivery of valuable software with social impact.
Barri, Jan and Gert-Jan have built a software company that does deliver valuable software with impact to customers: Avisi. They have created an environment where innovation and creativity flourish and employees enjoy going to work. To further focus on delivering innovative and measurably valuable software for customers, we have created three business units: Software Solutions, Cloud Services and Atlassian products & services.
The employee at the center At Avisi, we invest a lot of time and energy in training and educating employees. We combine this with a minimal hierarchical structure, so that ideas can arise from the bottom up. In this way we utilize the qualities of all individuals in the team and we arrive at software with impact for the customer and the end user.
