We are 3PL company, offering complete logistics solution for customers ranging from freight forwarding, customs clearance, delivery, warehousing, and distribution services I am the owner and MD of Verks Global Logistics LLC

For what projects/services did your company hire Aviaan Accounting?

By hiring Aviaan Accounting services, we have received complete accounts management service support from them. Monthly accounts entries and monthly reports. VAT report generation and submission. Finance consultation and best practices to be used by the company management & staff to ensure cost is controlled at all times.

What were your goals for this engagement?

While hiring Aviation Services, we want to outsource our accounts dept to them, in order to achieve professional support at all times, proper bookkeeping, and to keep our overhead low. We also wanted a reliable partner with whom we can discuss our future plans and financial goals.

Describe the engagement in detail.

When i decided to outsource the accounting service, we contacted several vendors, Aviaan was one of them that promptly responded. We had invited them (Ms. Vineeta & Mr. Rajender) to our office. And we had a details discussion for more than 2hrs.

We gave them a clear picture of our company and its current position. what we expected from them in detail. Thereafter they submitted their entire proposal for handling our accounts and VAT submission too. We reviewed their proposal along with 3 others.

We felt Aviaan's proposal was cost-effective as well as dealing with them was easy and more convinient. Thus we have decided we will appoint Aviaan as our Accounting partner.

Their pricing is on monthly basis. and its fixed. Unless we request any additional support such as auditing, etc.

What was the team composition?

We work with a Sr. Auditor who handles our accounts along with his Account assistances. We also keep in touch with their management for any new services or to give feedback about their services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

After engaging Aviaan, our accounting books are updated on time and we get to know our financial position every month, which gives us a better position to plan for the next month, which was earlier not possible. Our VAT filing process has become very smooth. They literally took away the tension for filing the VAT before due date.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between VGL & Aviaan is smooth. due to which we are still continuing our association with them. its been more than 1yrs we are dealing with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It's very easy to deal with them because of how understanding and supportive they are.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far we are happy with them, we haven't found any issues which were neglected by them. if ever we had any concern it was always escalated to the management and prompt measure were taken to resolve it.
