Automation deliverables:
Abandoned Checkout Flow: Triggers when someone starts checkout but doesn’t finish. Waits a set time, checks if they still haven’t bought, then sends a recovery email with a discount.

Browse-but-No-Purchase Flow: Sends follow-ups to customers who viewed products but didn’t buy. Uses timing and conditions to act only when relevant, bringing shoppers back.
