The test phase went in time, and potential blocker bugs were found before delivery.
The great team atmosphere was the basis for a motivated team and other projects.
The budget for the testing team of Autorun did not need to be adjusted, even when additional efforts for complex testing were taken over.

The project management was always on one level, friendly, and respectful. All agreements were carved in stone. New challenges were discussed right away, and due to the clear focus of the project goals, we always found an agreement both sides could work with.

Even though we hired only a test team, the consulting, and discussion were so helpful to the project that we exceeded the collaboration over more projects and other services.

We did not expect to find that level of collaboration over such a long time period.

After the first project, both sides agreed to meet more often in person, especially on the project management level.
