Our email marketing system is now generating significant new income to your business which was the main goal of that project. Facebook Marketing is still fairly new for us but it is looking positive at this point .

ASG is extremely responsive and has done an excellent job delivering great work on time and as needed. They were able to act quickly when circumstances required, and overall, their work has been excellent.

They are extremely easy to work with and when we did have an issue with one of the associates early on the manager took on our project personally and stayed involved to make certain we were happy.

With any new business relationship[there are trials in the beginning with fitting the right people to the right project. We had this as well however Automated Strategy Group was very responsive to our needs and the issues were resolved quickly.

They provided a variety of services all of which centered around an email marketing campaign. After launching our campaign, we discovered a few issues which we enlisted them to assist with, including a deliverability audit to examine if our emails were landing in users spam folders, a warm-up to fix our domain health issues, and to use re-start our email campaigns using the updated domain and deliverability components. ASG delivered on each aspect of these deliverables in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our domain health and IP reputation both improved from Bad to High, and our Emails Open Rates have gone from <5% to 20-40% range, indicating proper inbox placement.

Automated SG was always responded in a timely manner via email, the feedback loop was very appreciated especially considering we had a tight timeline. They also completed all deliverables in a timely manner as well, while keeping in mind what was best for the campaign performance overall. ASG always provided a plethora of expertise and a solid knowledge-transfer that we will take into all our future endeavors.

The variety of tools and expertise that they could provide was very wide and deep. You could tell that they all are experts in the email industry and knew exactly how to proceed with what we needed to do to get our campaign back on track.

Automated Strategy Group has a lot of great resources and provided a lot of detail in our meetings and via email chains, but I might appreciate some more official off-boarding documentation to have as a resource moving forward beyond our engagement with them

Their responsiveness, quality of work, and experience make them feel like a true extension of our team.
