RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

- Delivered on schedule: the shop went from first build to live production orders in about two weeks, launching in September 2026. - Launch-ready from day one: a full end-to-end acceptance test on the live site passed before go-live, covering browsing, basket, checkout, order emails and the admin workflow. - Over 100 products online at launch, each with pack coverage and piece counts, replacing enquiries by phone and email with self-service ordering. - Order accuracy built in: every order total is re-verified on the server before an order is accepted, so pricing errors cannot reach an invoice. - Staff independence: the team manages products, orders and suppliers through plain forms, without developer involvement for day-to-day changes.

Their project management was excellent from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear. They responded to questions quickly, usually the same day, and kept us updated on progress without us having to chase them. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, which we didn't expect. They also added a few small extra features at no additional cost because they thought they would improve the final result. They were helpful, easy to work with, and understood what we needed, even when our requirements weren't perfectly defined at the start. They were flexible and proactive, and they genuinely cared about getting it right.

There was no issue with them. I think they have done as good as they wanted and it was more than enought
