Every engagement starts with a scoping call and a written scope with fixed milestones, so both sides know what is being built, in what order and what "done" means before any build work begins. We then work as the client's engineering team for the whole product or for a specific layer of it: the backend, the data platform, cloud infrastructure, AI systems or the integration layer. Code lives in the client's own repositories, infrastructure runs in the client's own cloud accounts, and credentials belong to the client. Work is reviewed with the client at a fixed weekly checkpoint, and documentation and runbooks ship with the code, so the client's team, or any team after us, can operate and extend the system.
