I'm the CEO of Pipeline Research, an education company. We provide a DaaS for academic research management.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Aurvane?

We needed help developing our system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aurvane has finalized the layout of our platform and implemented new features, dependencies, and pricing modules. The team has also been responsible for revising the final product and designing new features. Key technologies include Stripe, Resend, and Google Firebase.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 2–5 teammates from Aurvane.

How did you come to work with Aurvane?

We found Aurvane through an online search. We chose them because they had high ratings, and their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Aurvane in October 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our app is working, functional, and useful. For example, we can track the status of 60 academic papers with a single account. Since implementing the new system, we've shortened the time it takes to manage publications, report, produce documents, avoid duplicates, and filter submission venues.

How did Aurvane perform from a project management standpoint?

Aurvane has mostly delivered on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Aurvane's ability to capture what I want, even if my guidelines are poor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Aurvane could improve their communication and speed. Sometimes, their feedback is confusing, and solving problems is delayed.
