I own a physical and online store. It's a small business and I sell toys and other baby and kids products.

For what projects/services did your company hire AUGE Agency, and what were your goals?

I had a prestashop store since 2017 and I had several questions/problems that the previous company wasn't able to solve. Also, I wanted to update some procedures and change to a shopify store.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I didn't knew Beatriz and her team but they were highly recommended by a digital marketing expert. I called Beatriz and I immediatly felt that I needed to work with Auge Agency. I liked the price, the delivery time and their portfolio.

We had just one meeting to talk about some procedure questions but I totally trusted them about the design questions. They made my Shopify store and I'm in love. I never imagined that it could be as beautiful as it is.

My main point of contact during all the process was Beatriz but I also talked with another developer called Inês.

Everyone is telling me that the new website is beautiful but the best part is that it's easy to work with!

We had just one or two introdutory meetings to talk about what were my expectations and when the website was almost ready we talked daily to make minor changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood what I need and surprised me with a gorgeus project. Also they are so easy to talk with and commited to serve their costumers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all! They are perfect!
