I am Sr.Project and Operation Manger. Yi Ecomdern Solution Sdn Bhd is an IT services and solutions company based in Brunei, We provide cost effective ICT solutions to both the public and private organizations.

HE GOVERNMENT OF HIS MAJESTY THE SULTAN AND YANG DI- PERTUAN OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, represented by His Majesty The Sultan’s Flight, Ministry of Finance And Economy wanted to develop a robust Document Management System and an Intranet portal on Microsoft’s SharePoint Platform. The aim of the project was to improve the document sharing capabilities , develop a structured document library, increase collaboration among the employees at Sultan’s Flight Ministry. The project also envisioned automation of workflows, authorizations and approvals which improves the efficiency of the operations.

Aufait Technologies consulted with our team and proposed the solution on Microsoft SharePoint Platform. Intranet portal – A centralized location were an employee can find information’s and collaborate Document management system – A centralized structured document storage for departments to store the document and retrieve

We worked closely with one of their lead project managers, Mr , Abdul Haleem (Senior Product Delivery Manager), and he and his team collaborated with us. The team comprised of SharePoint Consultants, SharePoint Developers, and Project Manager

deliver and completed the project as per the schedule and time line The desired document management system was deployed at the client tenant as per schedule.

the Project management was great.The completion and deliver of each milestone in the project was in time as per the project time line.we use team and zoom and other project tools to complete the project

hey adjusted when our project requirements shifted. They identified what was possible within the scope of what we had originally planned and modified the contract to absorb new elements. They were very flexible when it came to that.

We had a challenge to develop a custom Loyalty system integrating with our Utility Billing system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated Aufait capabilities and understood that they are a 20+ years of experienced company with Microsoft Gold Partnership. We have been demonstrated their capabilities in SharePoint, Power Platforms and Mobile App development.

Scope of work was to implement a custom Loyalty Management system integrating with our home grown Billing system. They have successfully developed the custom solutions, using a multiple technologies including Microsoft platform and Mobile App development using Flutter.

There were an 7 member team including the Project Director, Project Manager, Team Leads on development and infrastructure side, core developers and testers.

We have finally launched our Loyalty system in Oman and we are able to achieve our target of customer base increase with 23% within 6 months.

We found that they have a good team and good project management practices.
