I’m the PS to the Chief Information Commissioner of the Uttarakhand Information Commission. We’re the final court of appeal under the RTI Act for the state of Uttarakhand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aucourant Technologies Private Limited?

We needed help creating and managing our department portal using a dynamic database.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aucourant Technologies Private Limited developed a bilingual website with a dynamic CMS. The team also created an MIS for appeals and complaints management, a daily cause list and hybrid hearing management, an e-signing, e-dispatch, and QR code integration, an SMS/email notification system, and a universal search and analytics dashboard. Moreover, Aucourant Technologies Private Limited provided full application maintenance, including bug fixing, module enhancement, and optimization. The team also offered comprehensive technical support from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST. Additionally, Aucourant Technologies Private Limited was responsible for complete infrastructure management, including AWS hosting, backups, SSL, security, and monitoring. The team also provided UI/UX improvements according to our evolving requirements, API development and external integrations, security auditing and implementation of recommendations, regular data migration and version upgrades, on-page SEO and content optimization, and capacity building of department users.

They also had a dedicated resource to ensure SLA compliance.Moreover, Aucourant Technologies Private Limited provided automated backups, security monitoring, and recovery mechanisms. The team also delivered a cost-efficient cloud architecture scalable for future expansion. Overall, they ensured data security, HTTPS enforcement, and 99.5% uptime.
