We needed to integrate our systems and ZOHO CRM to improve our internal processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ATW.Net collaborated with all department heads, aligning and improving our lead routing, reporting, and all systems for ease of use and functionality. The main focus was on integrating and improving ZOHO CRM.

While we did not track specific metrics, team satisfaction is very high and there has been proven success through improved workflows, collaboration, and meeting our needs. For example, the lead workflow for sales and demo requests has been simplified.
