ATIS Agricultural Asset Management & Advisory

ATIS is an agricultural asset management and advisory firm founded in 2021 by a team of experienced farmers and agronomists. We support investors, landowners, and agribusinesses across Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and Eastern Europe in planning, launching, and operating profitable agricultural assets.

Our work spans three core service lines:

1. Asset Management, where we oversee day-to-day operations and reporting for orchards, vineyards, and processing facilities on behalf of owners and investors;
2. Advisory, covering due diligence, feasibility studies, and technical consulting before and during acquisition; and
3. Operations, providing hands-on agronomic supervision, harvest management, and quality control throughout the growing season. 

We work across six agricultural sectors: orchards, vineyards, plantations, greenhouses, storage facilities, and processing infrastructure.

To date, our team has guided more than 1,000 hectares of orchards, vineyards, and farmland in Georgia, and in 2023 we began supporting the export of agricultural products from Georgia to the CIS, the European Union, and Gulf countries. 

We work with private investors evaluating agricultural opportunities, landowners seeking professional management for existing assets, financial institutions requiring independent technical due diligence for agricultural lending, and agribusinesses looking to improve operational efficiency and profitability. 

Our approach combines practical farming experience with structured business analytics, meteorological and remote soil monitoring, and managerial reporting systems, helping clients reduce risk and maximize the return on their agricultural assets.
