I’m the VP of data solutions for an e-commerce growth solutions company that helps brands succeed on Amazon and other marketplaces by offering integrated supply chain, creative, marketing, operations, and brand management services, providing end-to-end support for growth and customer engagement.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atharva IT Services Private Limited?

We needed help with many API integrations and systems to manage them, including Amazon SP, Walmart, Shopify, and others.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atharva IT Services Private Limited has designed, built, and monitored web applications and microservice-powered APIs with databases. The team has created an Amazon SP API for managing data pulls from reports and orders, feeds for submitting data, and FBA inbound. They’ve also built a similar suite for Walmart and Shopify. All the infrastructure is on Azure using functions, SQL, and Cosmos databases. The team also manages virtual machines across dozens of VMs.

We started working with them in September 2011, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any measurable results besides the fact that the systems work as designed and are scalable yet cost-efficient. The uptime is 99%+, and the operational costs to service the 60+ connections are in the hundreds per month. The systems are net-new, so improvements aren’t a target; they fill a need.
