What the business challenge? 

We needed someone to do our tax preparation.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of the services provided. 

They did our tax preparation. We wanted to utilize them for more bookkeeping, but was not affordable for our organization. Prior to this, we had managed accounting in-house.

How many people from the accountant’s team were assigned to work with you?

We worked with two people.

How did you come to work with this accountant?

They were referred to us by others who had used them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Please share observations or metrics that demonstrate the impact of their work:

They were responsive and did what we asked of them to file the taxes for our non-profit. 

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

They were satisfactory. We did have a communication issue one them undertaking work we hadn’t authorized, and we needed to ask them to halt the work.

What are some areas in which this accountant excels?

They were very efficient in assisting us with pulling together our financials for the tax filing, understanding the needed information, and finishing the end of year filing.

Is there something they could have done better or differently?

Communication with us on the extent of the needed work. Other than that they were terrific.

What advice would you give to someone else considered working with this company?

Be very clear with them on the scope of work.
