We started our work with Nora, the project manager by explaining our vision and goal behind the ampaign and she really took her time to understand our branding which made the entire process easier and limited the number of revisions as we were on the same page with the agency. During the production and post production we trusted the team with casting and scouting and assisted only during the production, which was really fun and we got to see how they execute their job. As for deliverables, we received our main campaign doubled to all languages we are targetting, and a series of animated explainer videos.

We had a project manager who made sure we receive all updates from the team and clarified each step of the process. As for delivery they delivered one week in advance and since we only had one round of minor revisions, we completed the campaign production just in time

They are so creative!!!! The ideas they brought to the table were really something we haven't thought about with our branding team and we're glad we have agreed to apply changes to our initial plan as the agency suggested

I’m the communication manager of Soundbox, an e-commerce company. Our company was born out of years of frustration in the commercial workplace seeking last-minute meeting rooms, searching for an office to take confidential calls/works, or simply looking for a quiet zone to focus on a critical presentation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Asteraki?

We needed an advertising campaign with several videos, including a brand video, product features, and testimonials, to accompany the users through the complete funnel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asteraki proposed an initial briefing. After that, we entered the preproduction phase, where they transformed our brief ideas into an actionable plan with a script, storyboard, and shot list. The production took three days, and we received our content in two weeks. The team delivered a hero video campaign for YouTube and mini snippets to run as reels on Instagram.

During the production, we worked with 10–12 teammates from Asteraki.

How did you come to work with Asteraki?

Asteraki was a recommendation from one of my colleagues, as he collaborated with the agency when he worked for another company. After the initial discovery call, I found out that the team understood what we were looking for and provided us with a clear plan to make our campaign succeed.

The videos we received showed a 21% increase in our CTR to our landing page from the video campaign on YouTube. We loved working with Asteraki because they created content that had our branding.

Asteraki had solid project management. We were notified during each step of their production process, and they delivered on time. We communicated via email and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Asteraki was really professional and didn’t ignore the little details. They even spent an additional hour on set just to get rid of a very small reflection shown on our cabin while shooting. We appreciated that they took our project seriously.

We needed help managing customer story videos in San Francisco and New York.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asteraki handled interviews with our internal team to filter and find the best clients to feature in the series. They also planned the shoots and coordinated with our customers. Once they recorded the videos, they delivered each video with three different variations: a long version of the testimonial (around three minutes), a shorter video showcasing the part where our client speaks about how our product helped them, and a format for ads where they mixed different testimonials under one minute.

We found them through a Google search. I saw their portfolio and found that their style was what we were looking for. We needed premium quality and worldwide coverage, which they offered on their website, making them a good partner to collaborate with.

We noticed a difference between the static assets we promoted on LinkedIn and the videos. The videos had a 5% CTR increase.

Asteraki then took notice of our lack of budget and were very cooperative by offering us the planning and creative concept costs.
