We embarked on this project in June 2025. We encountered challenges related to time zones, as Ask Us collaborated with us and ensured that we were accommodated during our time zone differences. They worked diligently to create an app brimming with vibrant colors and a plethora of features. Our project commenced with meticulous planning, followed by the design phase on Figma. Subsequently, they diligently developed the app while simultaneously conducting tests. Their exceptional customer service was evident as they diligently ensured that Athlo’s needs were met without any hiccups. Moreover, the pricing was reasonable for such a comprehensive project that was meticulously crafted from scratch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product. We always send me updates on the development process and keep me informed by sending me developmental builds so that I can test it myself and give them my approval before they proceed to the next stage. They ensured that I was satisfied throughout the development of the app.

Project management was great, as mentioned earlier time zones were a significant challenge for us. Consequently, we decided to assign someone from Ask us to manage the entire project. He did an exceptional job and took great care of the App until its final tweaks.

The customer service was exceptional, something I didn’t anticipate at all. They consistently endeavored to fulfill our needs in any way possible. The company’s owner is a remarkable individual with strong ethical principles. He took great care of us regarding payments, not pressuring us to pay immediately. Instead, he allowed us to make payments on a monthly basis and even excused us when we were late.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AskUs Solution could have done differently?

The only area I saw there was a problem was testing the app, even though the app turned out to be great and functional, the testing could have been better and more efficient.
