We gave them a brief and a deadline. There was a shoot on the day with camera and sound. The edit came back on time.

Good video shared out on social media. Exactly what we wanted.

I was a project manager/post production supervisor at a film and video production company in Tokyo.

We reached out to Asia Video Support to assist with providing us a Director of Photography and additional equipment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked together quite a bit so it was an obvious choice to go with AVS.

We had a client brief and story outline. We developed a storyboard together with the DP and then a shot list. This was one of the good projects where everything went well and according to schedule!

We worked with Scott who is the main DP at AVS.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end client was happy and sang our praises. AVS offered us the expertise and professionalism that contributed to our success.

Very smooth and responsive. It is easy to get in touch either email or phone and replies come immediately. Often times we have last minute changes to times and locations, etc. so AVS was very responsive and flexible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Asia Video Support has a very positive attitude and willingness to go outside their comfort zone. We could ask for almost anything and the reply was almost always affirmative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I just wish there were more of them! But as small companies go, AVS definitely has the skill and wherewithal to get the job done.
