BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the creative brand manager at Deep Instinct, a cybersecurity startup company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Asgard Marketing?

We required creative support, so we hired Asgard.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asgard worked for us as our full-service creative agency. They helped us produce reports, creative assets, ads, infographics, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, and more. I usually gave them a template for them to adjust, populate, and ensure the content was beautiful and on brand.

As for the technology stack, we used Adobe and Microsoft products for the designs. Moreover, they provided us with translation services for our collateral. The translation languages included Japanese, German, and French.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around six people from Asgard, including graphic designers, a project lead, their president, and their creative director.

How did you come to work with Asgard Marketing?

Asgard came as a personal recommendation. They had previously worked with one of our employees.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and our partnership ended in October 2022 due to some budget restrictions on our end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Asgard was instrumental in ensuring that all of our design assets and content were beautiful and on brand. Our new and rebranded materials — reports, ads, and case studies included — looked really sharp, which ultimately increased our downloads and viewership.

How did Asgard Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Asgard did a phenomenal job of ensuring that everything was delivered by the deadline, if not sooner. We used Teamwork for project management, which allowed us to track and follow up on our progress. Additionally, we used email, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Asgard was uniquely creative in pushing the envelope and ensuring all of our materials were outstanding. Overall, they were a very solid and strong team of designers, and they were always eager and willing to take on new projects to produce beautiful assets.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback for Asgard.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have monthly check-ins and give Asgard as much insight as you can regarding upcoming projects. Their team is phenomenal at planning and ensuring that they have the resources to support you.
