Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the MoverAlerts Sales Manager at TwentyCi - a life event marketing agency in the UK. My sales team work with small to medium businesses, often businesses that are very small with minimal staff.

For what projects/services did your company hire Asesa Soft?

One of the solutions to marketing that we offer is a fulfilment package to all of our clients. We found when we offered this that a lot of our clients do not have any design support. We initially had a designer in house who could work on this for our clients, however as we got more interest from clients in our design services, we found the need to outsource the work. We have mainly used Asesa Soft for Direct Mail design work for our clients, but know about a lot of the other services that they can offer too.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to offer a financially beneficial design service to our SME clients who often told us of the costs that they were being charged elsewhere for one off work.

How did you select this vendor?

We put up an advert on one of the design job boards. I had a couple of companies get back to me about the jobs. However, I decided to go with Asesa Soft due to them having design work that was very similar to what we needed completing. Asesa Soft were able to show me work that they had done for other companies suing exactly the same design guidelines.

Describe the project in detail.

We offer a design and fulfilment service to our SME clients and needed to find a good design team to use for this work. After accepting the role, we have supplied different design guidelines to Asesa Soft for the work and every time they have supplied us with good artwork matching the guides that we have sent through.

What was the team composition?

Over time, Asesa Soft appear to have grown in size. We used to just have contact with one member of the team, but now also have a contact for the design team as a whole. We send work to them frequently and they turn it around or us in a very timely matter

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients, as well as ourselves, have been extremely happy with the work carried out by Asesa Soft and we're looking forward to continuing our relationship together.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication is key. We get regular updates from Asesa Soft on the work that we have passed over to them, which makes this a very easy and manageable relationship.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have taken on exactly what we require. We give very little guidence on what our clients are looking for and generally the work comes back at a great quality that very rarely needs redesigning for the client.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have worked on a lot of improvements over time, so right not I do not have anything that needs improvements.

For nearly five years, Asesa Soft has provided design services for our publications.

We wanted a responsive partner to address our needs as we developed the platform and refined each iteration.

We used a number of design companies as our software evolved. Some were good and we could have continued with them, but we wanted a long-term partner that wanted to grow with us.

Our projects are ongoing from the time we bring on a new client. Many of our clients publish on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis. Our client provides editorial and some design specifications. Asesa Soft will then create a publication following the publisher's instruction, working directly with the clients. When there are minimal guidelines, Asesa Soft designers will use their own ideas on the design.

What was the team composition?

Asesa Soft scales the design team to our fluctuating demand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the help of Asesa Soft, our company has grown from a few publishers to hundreds. They help us provide the best service possible. When we hired them, their improvement over other vendors’ management and workflow approaches was noticeable. They are always responsive and proactive, often resolving issues before they come to our attention.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They understand the importance of timely production for deadline-driven businesses and have never disappointed. We give the team editorial and design materials once the client provides them. To accommodate the time difference, Asesa Soft does production during our evenings and completes the task for when we arrive next day. This system enables 24-hour turnarounds, which always impress the client. Their management provides valuable feedback and assistance to our internal software design team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their management team is smart and responsive; they understand the importance of quality work and speed to delivery. The design team is consistent and asks several questions to ensure error-free results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At this point in our relationship, the Asesa Soft team feels like part of our company. Yes, there is always room for improvement, but I honestly can’t think of anything at this time.

We wanted a revamped website that engaged our target audience better and drove inbound leads for us.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Asesa Soft provided an end-to-end solution, including wireframing, UI, frontend and backend development, testing, and web hosting.

What was the team composition?

The team was led by their founder, Pravin, who acted as the project manager, and included a UI expert, a PHP coder, and JS/CSS coder.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The new website increased our inbound leads by about 35% and helped improve our branding.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were very efficient and responsive in this regard. Pravin runs a fantastic team. He’s very process-focused and sticks to the schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Pravin spends a lot of time understanding and scoping project goals. His team, especially the UI/UX team, is very good. Asesa is our go-to partner for any website development work we may have. They are thorough professionals.
