The team was knowledgeable. They have developed many templates for different use cases and have an excellent tool that can automate our sequences and workflows.

During the kick-off meeting, Faraz and team helped us to set up our first campaign by re-writing our message templates and configuring the automation workflow they recommend for our audience. After that they constantly check in on our progress to make sure we have the guidance that we need.

We worked with an account manager and a writer.

We received some inquiries after launching campaigns in our local market from people we did not manage to reach before.

We have direct communication access through WhatsApp and they usually respond within a day to our messages or emails. They also allow us to schedule meetings as needed to review our campaigns.

Combination of their industrial knowledge and great software.

I have yet to convert a single lead so far despite getting more inquiries. Looking forward to getting actual results and get our ROI back to positive.
