Beware. I got them through a referral, and when I asked the person about the red flags, she said, recklessly, oh they arranged 1 call that returned my investment, that's it. They did not refund her either for severe underperformance.

The tool then automatically sends a connection request to those prospects along with a note. The contacts who accept the connection will receive another message, while those who don't will receive a follow-up after a week. We've conducted a total of 5–6 LinkedIn campaigns so far.

When we were doing this process manually, it took too many hours, so they've definitely saved us a lot of time. Additionally, we've successfully gotten more contacts and started more conversations with potential clients. Since working with them, we've gained 222 connections and 1,868 profile views. Overall, they've been very helpful.

Their customer service is excellent — the team is always there to answer our questions and offer suggestions. Our contact has been very responsive through email. We also have scheduled monthly meetings where we walk through the campaigns we're running.

They provide both helpful technology and excellent customer service. The automation component to their services feels very modern, but they still offer a human touch. Since the tool is automated, they could just leave us to our own devices, but they choose to go the extra mile to ensure that we're happy with the results. The process was pretty straight forward with defined steps, I needed some info on how the LinkedIn sales navigator is used. Most claims made in this review are false. Marketsquads had a legitimate workflow which was explained to the client during the onboarding process. We went above and beyond the scope of our work to deliver the results within a stipulated time despite a very combative approach from the client's end. The contract was abandoned by Bhavik and our team was threatened with negative reviews to get thousands of dollars of work for free. When we refused, the negative review was posted and the client still continues to contact our team members with threatening messages. We have proof of the same and we're happy to present it as well.

They have very basic inmail marketing that you could get for less than $100 a month and they charged us for doing nothing. They promised 10 leads and we received 1 in 3x time.

Most unique thing about them is that they are very unprofessional and unresponsive after they were not able to deliver
