For solo owners or small teams who know what to do but aren’t doing it consistently, our six-week Accountability Program provides structured daily execution support. In small peer groups, owners commit to three priorities (not 17), track two metrics that matter, and build financial clarity through simple weekly check-ins. The format combines 15-minute daily stand-ups, weekly workshops, and weekly planning, with a maximum of 12 participants per group to keep it focused and practical.
