Tytanyum is very focused on the technical side. Our client communications are focused on enterprise clients, which benefits our business model, but doesn't allow us to scale into the mainstream market. With the help of ASATA we are understanding the market way better than before, and we are commited into building a product that is not only useful and efficient but also accessible. Our project has been going around for more than a year at this point and after a very successful collaboration with enterprise clients, we are working to create a product that is ready to work on the masses. ASATA has helped us implement our vision in a more practical way, while also assisting us on activity planning. Their portfolio of services is huge and the flexibility that is offered can fit any needs, no matter how complicated and on what market you are trying to enter or grow.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project plan was to be able to launch a product by Q2 2025, however we are now on track to launch by Q4 2024, while already starting our limited beta testing. With ASATA we are moving faster and having more results to demonstrate to our investors, thus rising more capital before our next big product launch.

They overdelivered, by providing very detailed plans, improving our internal ways of managing things, and helping us to better communicate with other external teams.

They care a lot about the details, and they always made sure that nothing was missing. They are also very communicative, and will offers very robust solutions, which is very important considering the complexity of our product and the different client needs, especially when making an enterprise product ready to be mass used.

Due to their deep knowledge and their vast network, we haven't been let down in any situation.

The project was about building my personal brand, including online presence (socials and website), branding design and social media strategy creation. During the scope of 6 months, ASATA's amazing team managed to create an outstanding social media strategy, a website that doesn't only showcase my brand's mission and vision, making it easy for first-time viewers to understand the idea behind my work, but also has a very good performance and SEO.

 My social media strategy was lacking quite a bit until I got in touch with them, the insights are booming and I'm happy with the results of their work. As for my e-commerce store, which is a Work In Progress yet, they've given me great insights with their business consulting package, making not only my online shop but also ideas about sales and marketing an ease.

Everything has been delivered on time. We had regular meetings for tracking progress and discussing further needs. Being part of their Unlimited Design Plan for the project, I had the possibility to work closely with the team, with the help of their expertise building a project I've imagined. Their management style allowed me to set my project requirements and their team to get creative and work freely, creating a great environment for both parties.

What impressed me the most about this company, especially compared to previous companies I've worked with, is their ability to adapt to new challenges. Their all-week-round communication and work helped us reach great results with our cooperation.

I didn't encounter any problems or communication issues with ASATA. I'm satisfied with their work.
