Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The Asabix team was tasked with creating a website that combines speed, modern design, and minimalism to clearly convey the brand’s philosophy.

Completed work:

• Before starting the project, we held several in-depth meetings with the Asabix team to align on goals, processes, and expectations.
• The specialists proposed the website structure and designed a seamless user flow to ensure a smooth user experience with the brand.
• The team developed a clean, contemporary design that balances aesthetics with usability.
• The website includes a convenient product catalog with advanced filtering, search functionality, and a streamlined checkout process.
• Online payments, delivery options, multilingual support, and multiple currencies were integrated, making the shopping experience effortless for customers.

• After launch, the team performed testing, trained our staff to manage the admin panel, and provided continuous technical support.
• We also completed a connection between our accounting program so the data shown on website is always up-to-date.

Once all stages were completed, the website was transferred to the main domain. The result – a modern, stable platform that runs flawlessly and generates new orders every day.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales have increased. Previously, we were investing in SEO and running paid ads, but the old site kept freezing, and some features didn’t work: customers had to talk over all the orders, couldn't select the right size because all the stock information was outdated.

After the update the site is stable, fast, and user-friendly across all devices. We no longer receive customer complaints, and our sales process is now smooth and reliable from marketing to a platform that truly delivers results.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Great. We stayed in touch through Google Meet, where we discussed every detail from design tweaks to functionality improvements. The team was always quick to respond to our requests and suggestions.

We’re still working together. The managers are always available, even when we reach out about small things like updating content, adding metadata, or making minor adjustments. They always advise us on such matters, free of charge.

A good team you can communicate with through the process, people who tell about "hidden" nuances and help to achieve the goals quickly.

What was your primary form of communication with Asabix?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very good specialists. Their work is of high quality. What was really impressive – they genuinely cared about understanding our target audience and providing solutions that truly worked for our customers, not just completing a technical task.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Asabix could have done differently?

Overall, we’ve been completely satisfied both during the development process and now with the ongoing technical support. They are open to discuss every question and provide us more information on the details.
